Upgrade Patch 2.2 Overview

Version 2.2 includes all previous upgrade patches (Upgrade Patch 1 , Upgrade Patch 2a, Upgrade Patch 3, Upgrade Patch 4, Upgrade Patch 5a, Upgrade Patch 6 , Upgrade Patch 7, Upgrade Patch 8, Version 2.0, and Version 2.1) plus provides improvements in the following areas:

• A Data Report Creation Screen has been added to the program for you to create your own reports.  These reports can be called up from the various associated screens.
• Added an Arrow button next to the Print button on most screens.  Clicking the Arrow button will display a listing of all report types associated with the screen.  Select from the list, then click the Print button to preview/print.
• When forwarding a hatchling from the Breeding Screen to the Offspring Records, the status will automatically change to “Fledged”.
• An “X” will only appear in the Unique ID drop down list of the Breeding Screen if the bird is currently set up for breeding and the breeding status does not contain the word “complete” in it.
• A new text box has been added to the Species Screen for users to enter the number of days for maturity.  This will be the period of time that you will take action on an Offspring record, such as sell or move to the flock records.  This text box can be left blank if you have no need to track this information.
• A label has been added to the Offspring Screen to show the date of maturity.  When the maturity date is reached the age label background will turn green and a note will appear below it.
• The program now creates hatchling records for birds you enter pedigree.  This will now allow birds you add with similar parents to show this relationship on the Breeding Assistant screen.
• Added a check box to the picture popup box for selecting the default picture.  This selection will display on reports you create through the Data Report Creation Screen if a bird picture is added.  Otherwise, the first picture in the list for the bird will display.
• The color options on the Options Screen have been deleted since you can now choose from the print listing of each screen the report type you wish to print.
• Added the ability to printout barcode labels from the Products Screen.
• Added the ability to read barcode labels printed out from the Products Screen onto the Invoice Screen.
• Added the ability to insert pictures from file onto the Editor Screen.
